I have received several cease-and-desist letters at the same time!
We know of instances when clients received not only one, but several cease-and-desist letters. These are frequently what are called unjustified multiple cease-and-desist letters (Mehrfachabmahnungen). In such instances, the cease-and-desist costs demanded can be substantially lowered.
